• Communal Haul / Microducts & 12+3: 3,450 meters installed
  
• Lateral Installation and Testing: 101 units completed
  
• Pole Lateral Installation: 32 units installed
  
• PIT and FAT Installation: 7 units
  
• Ribbonet Testing, Labelling, and As-Builts: Completed for network readiness
  
• Reinstatement: Excavated areas restored to original condition
